The svelte Hannah Montana star, who wore a white shirt with the phrase "Anarchy In The UK" on it, continues to sport a short blonde hairdo. She topped off the bold look with a black mini-skirt and boots.
Liam, 22, was not nearly the fashion rebel, going for a beach bum look in a striped tank top and grey pants.
