The Honeymooners star Jackie Gleason's former Miami beach house has hardly been a hit on the real estate market, as its desperate sellers have dropped the price once again.

The 8-bedroom, 7-bathroom 7,800 square house on Alton Road was originally listed for $3.05 million in October 2009, but the latest asking price is just $2.399 million, reported Zillow.com.

The classic mid-century home with an art deco flair was built in 1959 and boasts three kitchens, a gym and a first-floor bar decked out in fire-engine red and tiles, plus a separate wing for guests who want to enjoy some privacy.

However, one negative aspect of the estate in hot and humid Florida is that it lacks a swimming pool.

Gleason, who also starred in The Hustler with Paul Newman and the Smokey And The Bandit series, bought the house in 1964 when he introduced his variety show to Miami, and one the most appealing aspects of the property for the avid golfer was its proximity to the Miami Beach Golf Course.

The comedian died of colon cancer on June 24, 1987.
