Chris Brown's sporting a new tattoo -- on his neck -- and there's wide scuttlebutt that the presumably painful ink is an image of Rihanna.
The neck art is that of a woman whose face is busted and bruised, dredging up painful memories of Brown's infamous February 2009 beating of his then-girlfriend.
The singers shared a well-publicized kiss at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards Thursday, fueling more speculation about their current relationship.
As we previously reported, the short-fused Forever singer received five years of probation, community labor and one year of domestic-violence counseling in connection with his beating of the S&M singer.
